This sword belongs to Jo saku ranking.

The blade is polished.
Habaki :Gold wrapped double Habaki.
Blade length :52.6 cm or 20.7 inches.
Sori : 0.2 cm or 0.08 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the Hamachi : 3.15 cm or 1.24 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.38 cm or 0.94 inches.
Kasane : 0.66 cm or 0.26 inches.
Era : Edo period Genroku era (1688~)
Shape : The blade is wide and thick with suitable curve and long Kissaki healthy blade.
Jigane : Koitame hada and masame hada mixed with Jinie attach.
Hamon : Niedeki Gunome Midare with Sunagashi working a lot.
Boshi turns sharp Sansaku style.

Special feature : Bushu Fujiwara Katsushige lived at Edo and said himself as stream of Seki Zenjo. This sword is wide and thick with healthy blade.
If you asked us to touch up polish, the blade will be more fine.
During WW2, an army officer should used the blade from his family’s treasure.

Koshirae :
Tsuba : Some design was inlayed on oval shape iron tsuba. Heianjo school.
Fuchi : person on the boat carved on the iron plate.
Saya : Army officer style leather covered Saya.
Menuki : Shishi dogs are carved on Shakudo plate with gold color.
