Blade length : 58.64 cm or 23.08 inches.
Sori : 2.12 cm or 0.33 inches.

Width at the hamachi : 2.97 cm or 1.16 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.93 cm or 0.75 inches.
Kasane : 0.73 cm or 0.28 inches.
Weight of the blade: 580 grams
Era : Edo period, around Kanbun era.
Shape : Almost Katana length Wakizashi.
Wide and thick nice shape Wakizashi.
Jigane : Ko Itame Hada well with Jinie attach.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Suguha with thick Nioikuchi.
There are double Hamon. Boshi is a pointed Hakikake style.

Special feature: Bizen Koku Ju Osafune Sukesada school was active in the Muromachi period.
In Edo period, the Yoshii has overflowed and along with it, this school fell into decline. But in Edo Manji era,
Shichibee Sukesada appeared.

Saya : Red and black color.
Tsuba : Mokko shape Shakudo Nanako Tsuba,
Kiri Mon is engraved with gold color.
Menuki : Kiri Mon is engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira: Kiri Mon is engraved with gold color.

From Aoi Art: This blade has nice Jigane and bright Suguha Hamon.
From that work, we guess that the blade was made by Shichi bee Sukesada in Edo period.
