Features: Harima Daijo Fujiwara Tadakuni is known for producing hamon in gunome-midare with a nie-deki structure, and his work closely resembles that of the first and second generations of Masahiro.
He was the son of Hizen Yoshie and bore the Hashimoto family name.
He was active from the Kanei era through to the Kanbun era.
His work evokes the feeling of summer—reminiscent of a cumulonimbus cloud bursting through the blue sky with flashes of lightning.

Aoi Art’s Comment: Along with Kawachi Daijo and Kawachi no Kami Masahiro, Harima Daijo Fujiwara Tadakuni was an important figure.
I believe his hamon deserves far more recognition and appraisal.
I encourage all of you to consider the quality and artistry found in his work.
