Features: A tetsu-ji (iron ground) tsuba in the form of a variant bowl shape, featuring a takamaki-e high-relief carving of hanging objects (tezumono) with inlays and colored decoration.
Supplement: Yūōsai Yoshihide was a member of the Sakuma family. In his later years, he used the art name "Yūō." He was a skilled artisan known for crafting tsuba with openwork designs and deeply carved motifs of plants and trees.
