Special Feature: Aorigata Shibuichi Tsuba, moon and rabbits are engraved with gold, silver, Shakudo, and copper color. The rim is Uchikaeshi.
Katsufumi was a metalsmith from Mito province.
He studied under Ishiguro Masatsune 3rd.
There is a piece written as “Summer 1926, at the age of 81”.
It is presumed that the Tsuba was made around Meiji to Taisho period.
