The blade was polished.
Blade length: 24.8 cm or 9.76 inches.
Mekugi: 1
Width at the hamachi: 2.34 cm or 0.92 inches.
Kasane: 0.63 cm or 0.24 inches.
Era: Showa era. (January 6th,1987)
Shape: This blade is rather massive and healthy shaped Tanto with Takenoko-zori.
Jitetsu: Ko-itame works very well with much Jinie attach.
Hamon: Nie based, Gunome midare and Togari-ba and Ko-gunome mix.
Nioikuchi is very wide.
There are many Ashi, and some Sunagashi in Ha.
Boshi is Midarekomi and tight peak.

Koshirae: Aikuchi Koshirae
Menuki: On Shakudo plate, flower basket is engraved with colors.
Saya: Golden Nashiji Saya
Fuchikashira: made of Tsuno

Features: So Tsutomu is a famous contemporary swordsmith of Fukuoka pref. He was born in 1927 and learned under his father So Masamitsu. So Tsutomu won many prizes at the annual sword making contests and was approved Mukansa-tosho(無監査刀匠). He modeled Kiyomaro and Sukehiro very well.
This blade’s Hamon of both sides are almost same, and there are many Ashi. It’s very active Hamon and high quality copy of Kiyomaro.
