Blade length : 27.4 cm or 10.7 inches.
Sori :0.0cm or 0.0 inches.
Mekugi :  2 and a half
Width at the hamachi : 2.15cm or 0.84 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : cm or inches.
Kasane :0.65 cm or 0.25 inches.
Era : Muromachi period.
Shape : The blade was Yari and changed to Tanto.
Jigane :Itame hada and masame hada mixed wit jinie attach.
Hamon :none(can’t see the temper line)
special feature:Kikuchi 1000Yari is a word of valiant and samurai spirit  from Kamakura period for Kikuchi daimyo family. This Kikuchi yari was used as a weapon that on the top of the wood pole, load a Kikuchi yari .

A nice wood box. on the front, Kikuchi Senbon Yari Mumei(unsigned) In the box, Syowa 30th(1955) Mutsuzuki(January) 13 successor Kikuchi temple which is called The chief priest  of a Shinto shrine Chigusa Norio.

From Aoi art:This Yari was succeeded from many years ago as this temple’s treasure and owned by 13 successor Noroi Chigusa. Unfortunately this sword burned by fire and disappered the Hamon
But the blade was re polished and has kept at this shrine.
The sword itself precious because of the historical reason.
