This sword belongs to regular saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : copper single gold color habaki.
Blade length : 26.2 cm or 10.315 inches.
Sori : 0.1cm or 0.04 inches.
Mekugi :1
Width at the hamachi : 2.8cm or 1.1 inches.
Kasane : 0.7cm or 0.275 inches.
Era : Meiji 47th (1912)
Shape :The blade is rather wide and thick healthy blade
and leave Ubuha in hamachi area.
Jigane :Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach.
Hamon :Nie deki suguha with small ashi and nezumi ashi work.
Boshi is round shape.

Special feature:Unsyoshi Ueda Shinkai was called Ueda Shinosuke
and lived Shimane prefecture. He was a student of Takahashi Naganobu.

Koshirae : simple wood Kosirae.
Saya :black saya.
Menuki : a bird is engraved with gold color.
