The blade was polished.
Habaki : Copper single Habaki with gold color.
Blade length : 28.1 cm or 11.06 inches.
Sori : 0.3 cm or 0.11 inches.
Mekugi :  1
Width at the hamachi : 2.75cm or 1.08 inches.
Kasane : 0.67 cm or 0.26 inches.
Era : Edo period around Genji era.
Shape : Rather wide and thick Tanto.
Jigane : Ko Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Doran-Ba with thick Nioikuchi.
Boshi is round shape. Long Yakisage style.

Special feature: Oushu Morioka Ju Kunita was a swordsmith of Oshu province. He was active in the end of Edo period.

From Aoi Art: This Hamon is large Gunome Midare with thick Nioikuchi and Doran-Ba.
We guess that he helped his master or famous swordsmith.
The work is similar to Ozaki Suketaka and Chounsai Tsunatoshi.
There is a Ware(crack) on the edge of near the Habaki.
The blade looks like ShinShin To Juosaku ranking swordsmith’s one.
