The blade was polished.
Habaki : Copper single habaki.
Blade length : 32.9 cm or 12.95 inches.
Sori : Uchi Zori(Inside curve)
Mekugi :  1
Width at the hamachi : 2.60 cm or 1.02 inches.
Kasane : 0.98 cm or 0.38 inches.
The weight of the sword 375 grams.
Era : Late Edo period.
Shape : Thick and regular width Tanto.
It is called as Yoroidoshi. Hirauchi style.
Jigane : Ko-Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach.
There are some rusts on the Mune and Ji.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Suguha with Notare-ba.
The Nioikuchi is thick.

Special feature: The founder of Naminohira Yukiyasu started since Einien era(1293-1298).
And this school continued to late Edo period.
