The blade was polished.
Habaki : copper single habaki with gold color.
Blade length :27.8 cm or 10.945 inches.
Sori :0.2 cm or 0.276 inches.

Width at the hamachi :2.8 cm or 1.1 inches.
Kasane : 0.82cm or 0.323 inches.
The weight of the sword 227 grams.
Era : Late Edo period.
Shape : The blade is rather wide and thick healthy blade.
Jigane :Itame had and mokume had mixed with jinie attach
and visible to see the texture well.
Hamon :Nie Deki togari gunome midare with small sunagashi, kinsuji work.
Bo-shi is round shape and saki hakikake style(brush up).

special feature: This signature started from middle to
late Muromachi period and continued to late Edo period.
Even though, shinshinto blade, Jigane looks like Muromachi
period.probably he tried to copy an old style Tanto.
