Habaki :silver double habaki.
Blade length :27.6 cm or 10.8 inches.
Sori :0.0cm or 0.0inches.
Mekugi :  2
Width at the hamachi : 2.5cm or 0.98 inches.
Kasane : 0.71cm or 0.27 inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick mitumune style like Yoroi doshi style.
On the front, Suken is engraved and reverse side, strong Bo-hi is engraved.
Jigane :Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach soft feeling nice texture.
Hamon :Niedeki gunome with ashi. Boshi is round shape.

Special feature:Kanekiyo was working at Late Muromachi period Tenbun era
who was a son of the Kanemori. This tanto is nice strong shape looks like Yoroi do-shi style.

From Aoi Art:At Late Muromachi period many sword makers were making a lot of sword including Tanto because of late Muromachi war era.
Mino style Tanto and Bozen style Tanto’s shape is a little different.
Mino style is rather wide and the other hand, Bizen style is elegant nice shape. This Kanekiyo looks bizen style nice shape.
The blade is healthy and recommend tis Tanto for you.
