Kasane : 0.58 cm or 0.22 inches.
Era : The late Nambokucho to the early Muromachi period.
Shape : Wide and thick blade, the Mitsumune spine, the Suken, Bonji, Soebi carved into the blade.
Jitetsu : The blueish beautiful Jitetsu, well-grained Itame-hada, Jinie and Chikei attached.
Hamon : Niedeki, Notare mixed with Gunome with a plenty of Kinsuji and Sunagashi. It looks very clear and beautiful Hamon.
Special Features : Fujiwara Kaneyoshi was an apprentice of Kanenaga.
His swords are a kind of reminiscent of the Taima school swords.
This sword shows some of Yamato tradition characteristics and proves how skillful he was.
The Jigane of this sword is really noteworthy.
