Kikuoka Mitsunaka was born in Houreki 9th(1759) year at Kando, Edo.
He was a student of Yanagawa Naomitsu. His brother is Mitsuyuki and his son is Mitsutoshi. He died in Bunsen 7th year(1824) at age of 66.
