Nakagawa Itsuteki was a metalsmithe from the late Edo peirod to the Meiji period. He succeed Nakagawa family and served to Matsudaira family. There is a NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon paper for tsuba and fuchigasira, but not for menuki.
