This sword belongs to ranking.

The blade was polished.
Habaki: Copper single Habaki.
Blade length: 11.67 cm or 4.59 inches.
Mekugi:  1
Width at the hamachi: 2.50 cm or 0.98 inches.
Kasane : 0.56 cm or 0.22 inches.
Era: Edo period, around the Manji era.
Shape: Originally a spear, now is Ken with Koshirae.
The blade with a solid body.
Jigane: Ko Itame hada well grained with Jinie attach.
It is beautiful Osaka Jigane. There are some rust.
Hamon: Nie Deki, Suguha Hamon. The Boshi is round shape.

Special feature: The blade was made by Kawachi Kami Kunisuke the 2nd generation. He was called as “Naka Kawachi”. “Naka” means that is in the middle. Because the 2nd is between the 1st and 3rd generation.

From Aoi Art: The blade is a stout Ken.
We guess that the Ken was used in shrines and temples.
