Aoi Art’s Comment: Nearly 75 years have passed since the end of the war. Many swords were produced and used by officers during this time. The quality of the steel and the hamon varied greatly, and each swordsmith was evaluated based on their work. It’s fascinating how despite best efforts, achieving top-tier quality can be elusive. The same goes for polishing. Skilled individuals create and evaluate these works.
