This sword belongs to Jyo-Jyo ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : Gold foiled single habaki.
Blade length : 71.2 cm or 28.0 inches.
Sori : 1.8 cm or 0.70 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.16cm or 1.24 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.17cm or 0.85 inches.
Kasane : 0.76cm or 0.29 inches.
The weight of the sword 790 grams.
Era : Edo period Bunkyu era.
Shape : Wide and thick sword. Bo-hi is engraved on bothside. Sori is regular but Kissaki is longer.
Jigane : Ko-Itame-Hada well grained, Jinie attached beauttful Jigane.
Hamon : Round Gunome-Midare. Nioikuchi is deep and Jigane is beautiful.

Special feature: Tairyusai is was lived at Fukakawa Hakozaki of Edo. He was student of
Koyama Munetsugu and his sword is looks same as his master but his sword also has
Ko-Gunome-Midare and Utsuri.

Koshirae:
Tsuba: Iron plate, dragpm os engraved with openwork and gold color.
Mei: Mogarashi Nyudoshi Sotensei. Eshu Hikone Ju
Fuchikashira: Shakudo Nanako plate, a dragon with a ken is engraved with gold color.
Saya: Black Kizami Saya
Menuki: Dragon is engraved with gold color.
