The blade was polished.
Habaki: Gold foiled single habaki.
Blade length: 69.0cm or 27.1inches.
Sori:0.7 cm or 0.27inches.

Width at the hamachi: 2.93 cm or 1.15inches.
Width at the Kissaki: 2.08 cm or 0.81inches.
Kasane: 0.78 cm or 0.30inches.
The weight of the sword: 725 grams.
Era: Edo period Kansei era
Shape: Thin sword with long Kissaki.
The Nakago’s condition is not good.
Jigane: Itame-Hada well grained, Jinie attached beautiful Jigane. There is small Kizu around middle of back side.
Hamon: Niedeki GUnome-Midare then deep Nikoikuchi-Gunome-Midare. Ashi worked well.

Special Feature: as it written on backside Mei, Motooki is Oushu Aizu swordsmith. He was named Hidekuni and is a student of Suishinsi Masahide. After that, he became a student of Yamato Kami Motohira then changed name to Motooki.

From Aoi Art: Very thin sword and really looks same as Motohira’s sword, Sunagashi and Kinsuji also looks same as his sword.
