Shape : O-Suriage Mumei sword with wide and thick shape, regular Sori and longer
Kissaki. Bo-hi is engraved on both side.
Jigane : Ko-Niedeki-Hada and Ko-Mokume-Hadame-Hada mixed. Utsuri appeared beautiful Jigane.
Hamon : Ko-Niedeki Suguha based Ko-Gunome-Midare.
Boshi: Sharpe Midarekomi style.
Special feature: Sa-Sadayoshi is O-Sa’s student.
He made different style swords from other Sa.
His swords is clear Jigane with Chikei and Kinsuji.
O-Sa has many students like Yukihiro,
Yoshisada, Kunihiro, Kuniyuki… but all of them made
swords same as their master. The students was call Sue-
Sa and they worked around Muromachi period.
From Aoi Art: This sword is O-Suriage-Mumei but it is wide sword with O-Kissaki, typical Nanbokucho swords’s shape. Especially, we can see the special feature of Samonji at the Boshi.
