This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki :copper single gold color Habaki.
Blade length : 69.7cm or 27.44 inches.
Sori :2.2cm or 0.87 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.96cm or 1.165 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.16cm or 0.85 inches.
Kasane : 0.69cm or 0.27 inches.
Era : Edo period Kanbun era.
Shape : The blade is rather qwide and thick
with deep sori and longer kissaki.
Jigane :Koitame hada well grained
with jinie attach beautiful nice texture.
Shinogoji:Smakk masame hada.
Hamon :Koniedeki cyoji midare and gunome midare
mixed and Hitatsura.
On the shinogiji, tobiyaki work.
Boshi is round shape.

Special feature: Oushu Jyu Nagayoshi made few swords during his life.
Probably he made for his master as daisaku and help so he
couldn’t make swords even thou his high skill.

From Aoi-Art:Hitatsura hamon were made few at Ousyu sword makers.
He made few swords during his life and distinguish from the
signature part. The signature is not used to cut well compare with
regular sword makers. The sword is healthy without Kizu and flow .
This Nagayosi is not so famous sword maker
but the quality is very attractive.
