Middle Koto: Jyo saku ranking: Bingo.
(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku Jyo saku and regular saku)
This sword belongs to Jyo Saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki :silver double habaki.
Blade length : 71.6 cm or 28.18 inches.
Sori :1.7cm or 0.66 inches.
Mekugi :  2
Width at the hamachi : 3.05 cm or 1.20 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.17 cm or 0.85 inches.
Kasane : 0.64 cm or 0.25 inches.
Era : Early Muromachi period Ouei era. 1430.
Shape : The blade is rather wide and thick
with suitable sori and longer kissaki.
Jigane :Koitame had and mokume had mixed
with soft feeling jigane and Utsuri appear.
Hamon :Konie deck suguha with Uchinoke,
double hamon and small ash work.
Boshi is round shape hamon.

Special feature:Hokke Ichijyo is called Hokke Mihara.
Trace back of his name is that Ichijyo became
from Hokke religious priest.
At Ouan first year, Ichijyo namedokke Ichijyo.

Koshirae :
Saya :Black roiro saya.
Tsuba :On the round shape iron sukashi Tsuba,
some round design is engraved open work.
Menuki : Flower is engraved by brass .
