This sword belongs to Jyojyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : Copper double habaki.
Blade length : 71.5cm or 28.1 inches.
Sori : 1.8cm or 0.70 inches.
Mekugi :
Width at the hamachi : 2.85cm or 1.12 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.14cm or 0.84 inches.
Kasane : 0.65cm or 0.25 inches.
The weight of the sword 760 grams.
Era : End of Muromachi period.
Shape : Suriage Mumei sword with regular width and thickness. Sori is deep and Kissaki is longer.
Jigane : Ko-Itame-Hada with thin Masame. Jinie attached, Chikei and Shirake Utsuri are visible.
Hamon : Niedeki Choji Midare continued. Ko-ashi and Yo worked. The Choji Midare around Monouchi of back side is seems like Fukuoka Ichimonji. Boshi is Midare komi style. Hamon also appear on Shinogi and Mune.

Special feature: Kanefusa is Yamato sword smith. Masazane, Masatsugu,
Masasada is some of most famous Kanefusa sword smith
who was worked around end of Muromachi period. They
also famous because Yari making.

Koshirae: Toppei style Koshirae.
Tsuba: Round shape iron Tsuba, openworks with gold and silver clothinlay.
Menuki: Flag and Yari are engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira: Kojiri: Brass with line pattern.
Saya: Black Roiro Sendan Kizami Saya.

From Aoi Art: NBTHK judged this sword as Kanefusa. From the feature of
Hamon of Boshi and the large Yakisage, we agree that this
sword is Kanefusa. However, we also think Kanefusa do not
make swords with intense Choji-Midare like this. Maybe the
sword will be judged as another sword in the future. But
anyway, this is high raking sword.
