This sword belong Saijyo saku ranking.

The blade was polished well by a high-ranking polisher.
Habaki : Gold foiled double Habaki.
Blade length : 71.2cm or 28inches.
Sori : 1.52cm or 0.6inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 3.2cm or 1.26 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.5 cm or 0.98 inches.
Kasane : 0.85cm or 0.335inches.
Era : Nanbokucho.
Shape : Wide and thick blade with a large Kissaki. Bohi on both sides. Osuriage.
Jigane : Well grained Itame-hada with Jinie attached. Utsuri apparent.
Hamon : Small Notare mixed with small Gunome, there’re Kinsuji and Sunagashi. Boshi is Kaen.

Special Feature : Samonji school was founded around the early Nanbokucho period in Chikuzen province.
Well known smiths of the school are Yasuyoshi, Yukihiro, Kunihiro Yoshisada Hiroyuki, and Sadayoshi, these smiths are referred to as Sue Sa.
They left swords with that have Notare mixed with Gunome Hamon and pointed Boshi.

From Aoi Art : This sword is very wide and thick, the Kissaki is large. The shape of the sword is typical of Nanbokucho period swords.
The sword displays some characteristics of Soshuden, it looks like O-Shizu works.
