Special feature:It is said that swordsmiths came out from the very beginning of the
Yamato Five Schools, but from the end of the Heian period to the Kamakura period
There are Taima, Hosyo, Senjyuin, Tegai, and sikkake, but each shrine and temple
exists in Yamatoni. It is said that there were monks to protect those temples. Each area
has its own characteristics. The Taima l faction is in the late Kamakura period Kuniyuki
was the ancestor of theKamakura period. Generally, there are very few well-known
works, and the reason is the work of the temple and shrine monk soldiers. It is derived
from whattemple or shrine belonged to. There are few famous works of the Taima
school, but Kuniyuki’s famous works are designated as national treasures and important
cultural properties.

From Aoi Bijyutsu:In this work, Nie of Jigane and Hamon is soft and
sunagashi and Kinsuji work in the blade. The height of the dignity
reminiscent of It makes me feel. There are two kinds of works in Taima,
and there are also works that have a deep scent due to mutual
confusion. This work is superlatively polished, the Jigane is
outstandingly beautiful and moisturized, and the work inside the blade is
wonderful, and I think that the sunlight shines through the forest in the
early summer morning.
