The blade was polished.
Habaki : Gold failed double habaki.
Blade length : 70.5 cm or 27.75 inches.
Sori : 1.5 cm or 0.59 inches.
Mekugi :  4(filled 3)
Width at the hamachi : 3.05 cm or 1.20 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.43 cm or 0.95 inches.
Kasane : 0.60 cm or 0.23 inches.
The weight of the sword: 715 grams.
Era : Nanbokucho period.
Shape : Rather wide and thick, Osuriage Mumei Katana.
The Kissaki is O-Kissaki.
Jigane : The mixture of Ko Itame Hada and Mokume Hada with Jinie attach.
There are Chikei. The Jigane is rather blackish.
Hamon : Gunome Midare and Ko Gunome Midare.
And also Choji ba. There are Ashi and Yo with thick Nioikuchi.
The Nioikuchi is bright.
Boshi is Midarekomi and pointed style. There are Kinsuji.

Special feature: Chikizen Koku Samonji was started since early Nanbokucho period. Yasuyoshi, Yukihiro, Yoshisada,
Kunihiro, Hiroyuki and Sadayoshi belong to this school. There is only a little sword with inscription(signature).
From ancient times, Honami family has a tendency to judge the most active Midare Hamon work as Sa Kunihiro.
The blade is wide and O-Kissaki, typical Nanbokucho style Katana.
