The blade is polished.
Habaki : Gold foild double Habaki.
Blade length : 71.1 cm or 27.99 inches.
Sori : 2.4 cm or 0.94 inches.
Mekugi : 2.
Width at the hamachi : 2.825 cm or 1.11 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.01 cm or 0.79 inches.
Kasane : 0.4 cm or 0.15 inches.

Era : Nanbokucho period, Ooan.
Shape : Suriage, Even though Machiokuri the signature remains. the blade is wide and thick, has a deep sori and a long kissaki.
Jigane : The mix of Komokumehada and Koitamehada, clear Uturi appears well.
Hamon : Koniedeki, Choji midare, Ashi works well. Boshi turns back.

Special Feature : Morishige is a sword smith of Omiya school.
There are Sukemori, Morisuke, Morishige, Moritoshi, Morichika,
Moritsune, Moritsugu and Morikage.
They succeeded from the Nanbokucho period to Ouei era.
Morishige was a student of Bizen Osafune Morikage.
The Jigane is nice Ko-Itame Hada with Ko-Mokume Hada.
