Sayagaki(translation ):
Chikushu Ju Hidari Sadayoshi
Although the blade is O-suriage Mumei, it retains a wide body and a large kissaki, showing the typical form of the Enbun–Jōji(1356-1362) period.
The jigane is a well-forged ko-itame with tight grain, accompanied by thick ji-nie, giving it a strong and vigorous appearance. The hamon is suguha mixed with small gunome, with a thick nioikuchi, and the much nie gleaming brilliantly.
Around the monouchi, the nie becomes especially abundant, showing prominent activities such as yubashiri and nijūba, adding great interest to the blade. The boshi is pointed with hakikake, clearly displaying characteristics of the Ō-Sa school.
Its gentle hamon leads to its attribution to Sa Sadayoshi.
