The blade was polished.
Habaki : Silver single habaki.
Blade length : 60.6 cm or 23.85 inches.
Sori : 2.12 cm or 0.83 inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 2.95 cm or 1.16 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.12 cm or 0.83 inches.
Kasane : 0.715cm or 0.28 inches.
The weight of the sword 750 grams.
Era : Nanbokucho period.
Shape : The blade is O Suriage Mumei(cut shortened).
Wide and thick with deep Sori, longer Kissaki.
There are Bo-Hi on both side of the blade.
Jigane : Itame hada and O-Itame Hada mixe with Jinie attach.
There are Utsuri.
Hamon : Nie Deki, rounded Gunome Midare.
In the Ha, there are Sunagashi and Kinsuji.
Boshi is Midarekomi and pointed style.

Special feature: Samonji in Nanbokucho period started to
make bright Jitetsu with Chikei, and make Hamon with Kinsuji and Chikei.
Yasuyoshi , Yukihiro , Yoshisada , Kunihiro ,Hiroyuki, Hiroyasu, Sadayuki
were swordsmiths of Sa school.
Their blades were similar to Samonji’s blade.

Fuchi : Shakudo Nanako, ears of rice is engraved with gold color.

Tsuba: Round shape iron Sukashi Tsuba.
