Sori : 1.65cm or 0.64 inches.
Width at the hamachi : 3.09cm or 1.21 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.07cm or 0.81 inches.
Kasane : 0.68cm or 0.26 inches.
Era : Edo period Kanbun.
Shape : On the frontside, gomabashi(buddhist chopstick) is engraved and there are double hi in the back.
Jitetsu : Koitame had well grained with jinie attached. It is clear jigane.
Hamon : Nie base noter style with ash attached. There are deep nioiguchi.
There are many sunagashi, kinsuji works. Boushi is round ended.
Special feature : Echizen Jyuu Kanenori is said to be the son of Sanami school Kanenori who has
moved from Mino Seki province. This piece is somewhat similar to that of first generation Yasutsugu from the hamon .
He may have used western iron. The jigane and hamon is spectacular.

Fuchikashira :Shakudou base with chrysanthemum pattern engraved.
Saya : Black ishimeji saya with patterns engraved
Menuki : Chrysanthemum flower and leaves engraved and inlayed with gold.
