Shape: wide and thick blade with deep curvature and long kissaki. Bohi is carved on both sides.

Features: Miyagi Akimori was born in Miyagi in 6 December 1925.
He studied at the Japanese swordsmith training school opened by Kurihara Akihide from 1944, and then under Miyairi Gyohei in 1970. He temporarily stopped making swords due to the war, but later became active and won many awards.
Koshirae:
Tsuba: copper plate covered by a thin plate engraved with arabesque.
Fuchi: Shibuichi plate
Saya: partially wrapped with Samegawa(ray skin).
