This sword belongs to the Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki: Copper single habaki.
Blade length:66.8cm or 26.29inches.
Sori:1.75cm or 0.68inches.

Width at the hamachi:2.65cm or 1.04inches.
Width at the Kissaki:1.72cm or 0.67inches.
Kasane: 0.64cm or 0.25inches.
The weight of the sword:605grams.
Era: The Tenbun era, the Muromachi period
Shape: Approx. 5cm Suriage and Machiokuri. The blade is adequately thick and broad with deep Sori and slightly longer Kissaki.
Jigane: Koitamehada flows. There is Kitaeware near the Monouchi of Sashiura. Shirake-Utsuri appears.
Hamon: Koniedeki, mainly Suguha, Ashi comes in. Sunagashi and Kinsuji work very actively. Boshi is Hakikake, and it lasts till the point of 10cm from Habakimoto in Shinogiji of Sashiura.

Special Feature: This work was judged as Kanesada the 3rd. There is 5cm Suriage.

Koshirae:
Tsuba: Nobinakago Tsuba. Lines are engraved with brass.
Fuchikashira: On Shakudo-Nanako plate, bamboo is engraved with gold color.
Saya: Black Roiro Saya.
Menuki: On the Shakudo plate, the flower is engraved with gold color.

From Aoi Art: We have 3 generations of Kanesada, but the 2nd, Izumi Kami Kanesada, is the most famous among them. This work was made by the 3rd in the late Muromachi period. This is really rough and there are some Tateware but it still remains good.
