This sword belongs to Jyo saku ranking.

The blade was polished.There are some rusts.
Habaki :silver single habaki.
Blade length : 66.2 cm or inches.
Sori : 1.6cm or inches.
Mekugi : 1 
Width at the hamachi : 3.0 cm or inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.1cm or inches.
Kasane : 0.72cm or inches.
weight of the blade:765grams
Era : during war time.
Shape : The blade is rather wide and thick and long Ubuha,
with deep sori and long kissaki nice looking shape.
Jigane :Koitame had well grained with jinie attach.
There is a Kizu on the middle of Mume.
Hamon :Kogunome midair with small sunagashi and kinsuji work.

Special feature:Kanenaga was working at Nara prefecture
and called Kiku Ichimonji Monjyu Siro Kanenaga.
He was skillful sword maker but soon after that
He stopped his business due to the end of the war.

Koshirae :
Saya :black roar saya.
Tsuba :on the octagon iron tsuba, wrapped shakudo plate on the rim.
Menuki : On the syakudo flower design is engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira:on the copper plate, waves is engraved.

back ground of age: Produced many Japanese swords during wartime and many officers hung
their sword on the hips.]Japan is now a peaceful country and living peacefully.
We have to think about the tough times of that time and build a peaceful one from this Japanese army officers.
