This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo Saku ranking.
The blade was polished by high ranking polisher.
Habaki :silver double habaki.
Blade length : 75.76  cm or 29.83 inches.
Sori :1.212cm or 0.477 inches.
Mekugi :  1
Width at the hamachi : 3.21 cm or 1.264 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.24 cm or 0.88 inches.
Kasane : 0.68 cm or 0.27 inches.
Weight of the blade: 850 grams
Era : Edo period Kanbun era.
Shape : The blade is long and wide
and thick with deep sori and longer kissaki nice looking shape.
Jigane :Koitame had well grained
with jinie attach beautiful Hizen Konuka hada blade.
Hamon :Nie deck gunome midair and round shape Choji midare
with Ashinaga Choji with sunagashi and Kinsuji work.
Boshi is round shape.

Special feature。 First generation Masahiro was working
for Nabeshima family and Grandchild of firast generation Tadayoshi.
He made unusual Cumulonimbus cloud style hamon
and well repotted from that period.
Even in modern times, many sword collectors collect his swords.
He changed his name to Masahiro on Kanei 2nd November
and got the title Kawachi Daijyo on May as same year.
He passed away Kanbun 5th, Feb, 5th.
His Hamon is Special province of all of swords makers.
2nd generation Tadahiro sometimes made like this hamon
but this kind of Hamon was made by Masahiro as Daisaku.
This blade is very healthy and typical his Cumulonimbus cloud hamon.

Koshirae :
Saya :Black isime ji saya.
Tsuba :On the oval shape iron plate, engrave a samurai with broke umbrella
On the back, storn lanterns and sharine gate and woods are engraved which remind us next happening scene.
Menuki : Mount Fuji and a man are engraved with silver, gold color.
Fuchikashira: the designe of Mamemaki.(Bean sowing scene)
Syoki sama (god) ia spreading Beans to the Demon.
In Japan, spring time. In the family’s house, we are crying Oniha soot
Fuku wa Uchi!(Demon go out and lucky will come spreading Bean).

The sayagaki was done by Shibata sensei who passed away.
According to the sayagaki, the blade is healthy and good blade.
