Shape : The blade is long and wide, thick with deep sori
and long Kisaaki gorgeous sword. There is Bo-Hi on both side of the blade.
Jigane : Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Gunome Midare with many Ashi.
There are fine Sunagashi and Kinsuji.
Special feature: Akamatsu Taro Kaneteru is a swordmsith of Kumamoto province.
His real name is Kimura Kanehiro. He and his brothers are excellent contemporary swordsmiths.
Their swords appeal strongly to us not only the shape but also brilliant temperline.
Higo no Kuni Kaneteru is a Gendai smith whom his real name is Kimura Yoshihiro.
He is one of the students of Akamatsu Taro. The Akamatsu Taro school uses original Tamahagane
for making swords so it is not difficult to see their characteristic from the jigane.
This blade is easy to understand Kiyomaro utushi. Akamatsu school.
