Shinshinto: Jyo Saku: Musashi province.
(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku Jyo saku and regular saku)
This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo Saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : Single copper Habaki.
Blade length : 69.1 cm or 27.20 inches.
Sori :0.8 cm or 0.31 inches.
Mekugi :  1
Width at the hamachi : 3.12 cm or 1.22 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.26 cm or 0.88 inches.
Kasane : 0.69 cm or 0.27 inches.
Era : Late Edo period.
Shape : Wide and thick Katana with small Sori.
The Kissaki is relatively long. From the Habaki part,
the Shinogi-ji is shaved to make the blade lighter.
Jigane : Ko-Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach.
The Jigane is clear.
Shinogi-Ji: Masame.
Hamon : Ko-Nie Deki, Choji Midare. The Habuchi is soft.
Boshi is round Yakizume style.

Special feature: Takahashi naganobu was a student of the First generation Cyounsai Tsunatoshi.
He said his name Fuyuhiro for the first stage and then changed
his name to Takahashi naganobu.

Koshirae :
Saya : Black Roior Saya.
Tsuba : Mumei(Nagasaki). Round shape iron Tsuba, dragon is engraved.(NTHK estimation paper)
Menuki : Shakudo, some pattern is engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo Nanako, chrysanthemum is engraved with gold color.

From Aoi Art: This blade is typical Takahashi Naganobu.
The blade is solidly built and nice Choji Midare Hamon.
The Hamon looks like Koyama Munetsugu or Chounsai Tsunatoshi.
The Koshirae is also nice.
