Goto Mitsuyoshi was the 15th generation family head of Goto school.
He was a son of Goto Mitsumori who was the 14th generation family head of Goto school.
Mitsuyoshi succeeded family head when his father Mitsumori died in 1719.
And then, he changed his name to Shirobe.
He was called also Shinjo, Gen-no-jo.
