The blade was polished.
Habaki : Silver double Habaki.
Blade length : 52.6 cm or 20.7 inches.
Sori : 1.5cm or 0.59 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the Hamachi : 2,78cm or 1.1 inches.
Kasane : 0.75 cm or 0.30 inches.
Era : late Nanbokucyo period.
Shape : Osuriage Nagamaki style.
The sword is wide and thick with deep sori nice looking shape.
Jigane : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach nice fine texture.
Hamon : Koniedeki with deep Nioikuchi Notare and Gunome Midare mixed with Sunaagshi and Kinsuji work.
Special feature : At a glance, the blade looks like Naoe Shizu.
The blade is having elegant deep Nioikuchi clear bright Hamon.
NBTHK Judged as Kanekuni at past but I think the sword will be different judge next time. We recommend this sword for you.
