5. After we have confirmed your payment, we will send the ordered item to your address by insured express mail or Fedex.
Today, it is very difficult to send swords by EMS according to city.
(The rule of airline company has changed in July,
and it is not allowed to send swords by indirect flight now.)

6. If you want to return the ordered sword, please let us know immediately. We will give you instructions about how to send the sword to Japan.
After we have checked the condition of the returned item, we will send a refund to your bank account.
All of our sales are guaranteed to be genuine unless noted. We include certificates with most sales that testify to the item’s authenticity. If there is ever any discrepency or point of authenticity that is questionable, we make it a rule to alert the customer of this up front. 7. If a customer purchases an item in our shop, and later wants to sell it, he may sell it through our shop as a consignment sale. In this case, we will sell the item for the same price as it was initially sold (approximately). We will keep a 20% commission for our services, and pay 80% to the consignee once the item has been sold.
